Brief

As Principle Contractor, we are delighted to announce that we have been awarded the contract to provide, Site Management, Construction and M & E Services to install a new billing system to the Residential Apartments and Luxury Executive Hotel at The London Marriot Canary Wharf

Solution

Along with all the related building works, Metromec will be installing a comprehensive, state of the art solution comprising new Energy Meters to the following systems:
 

  • Chilled Water

  • LTHW Heating

  • Domestic and Mains Cold Water Systems

  • New M-Bus Metering network cabling

  • New M-Bus Cabling to all existing HVAC Plant

  • New Electricity billing meters to 158 Residential Apartments

  • New Head end and billing system

Outcome

The project will run over the next 12 months and will present the team with the additional challenge of undertaking the works within an occupied building.
